Episode 8 : Creativity

w/ ANNA LOVIND

In this episode we share a moment with Anna Lovind who gives us a glimpse of her deep wisdom around the creative process, with a special focus on female creatives and entrepreneurs. Her perspective is the result of working extensively with women around the world and from her own process as a creative being. Through this work and over the years, Anna has gained in-depth experiential evidence of the common stumbling blocks that often show up in the different phases of the creative process. She provides strategies and suggests certain shifts of perspective in order to move through the process with more ease and joy. She is the author of The Creative Doer and offers numerous courses to guide and facilitate women move through the process, from the seed of an idea to sharing their stories through various mediums. Anna is on a mission to create safe space and community for the women who engage in this work and to help share their voices. We talk about alignment and connection as the source for creative flow, how to fuel the work, crystalizing our priorities, how to make space (as easy as it may sound, it is not always easy), how to navigate the various obstacles along the way and how to find ways to return to the process again and again. We talk about making a living by sharing our creative work and what it means to bridge the gap between the current paradigm and the nurturing culture we want to create. This is a very inspirational conversation where we are left feeling ignited to step into our role as co-creators, with permission to show up in this very moment - as we are.

“I listened to half of the first episode yesterday! Incredibly good. You are a very good host! And Kim seems totally fantastic. I tried the pen exercise while you were describing it, a very good way to get perspective on one’s thoughts. I am going to continue listening today” -
OP

EPISODE 3

“Great dialogue! Such practical wisdom. Keep up the good work! 🕉 - WP

“Thanks for your beautiful podcast offering. So many portions of it felt like exactly what I needed to hear. I feel a bit more filled up and connected. The principles of sattvic living feel so easeful and accessible in my core but when put into daily practice become so challenging. The small steps, the connection with teacher and sangha, and the trust / commitment are potent reminders. Thanks for what you are doing and unknowingly helping to bring me back to my truth / helping me trust myself and let the noise fall away.” - EM

“I LOVED this Hansa! Very inspirational. Thank you so much for sending this and for all that you do! Keep up the good work. You bring so much to this community and we are lucky to have you!“ - AM

“Thank you for emailing this to me. I really enjoyed listening to it and found your interview with Annie Pace to be uplifting and inspirational. I am looking forward to the next one.” - HB

“So many good bits. Every action that we do as an offering. Discrimination in what we are recalling...clearing out...making space. In our speech, asking ourselves: Is this going to be useful? Holy bath. Small increments. Consistency cultivates faith. Deep gratitude for this...exquisitely perfect timing 🦋 - DP
